It's been quite a while since I've used my blog. I seem to be spending more time at the gym these days and reading blogs about the gym & health too. I've been doing the gym thing now since last September. But have recently gotten more serious with it. I joined a 6 week strength training overhaul type group at the gym. It's a ladies only program where we lift heavy and train hard. I'm very much enjoying it. I don't think my stamina is better than it was in high school, but my body is back. Maybe even a little for the better. I also am more mindful about food too. But this is only week 2 of it and there's 6 more to go. I promise. I will do better at this blog thing. I've missed food blogging!
